本应用及其全部内容（包括但不限于程序代码、用户界面设计、图标、文字、算法、数据模型）的知识产权归开发者所有， 受中华人民共和国著作权法及其他相关法律法规的保护。
未经开发者书面许可，任何人不得以任何方式使用、复制或传播本应用的任何部分。
本应用仅通过 Apple Watch 内置气压传感器读取环境气压数据。所有传感器数据均在您的设备本地进行处理和分析， 不会上传至任何远程服务器，也不会被开发者或任何第三方获取。
有关数据处理的详细信息，请参阅我们的隐私政策。
本应用按"现状"提供，不附带任何形式的明示或默示保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的保证。

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不会对因使用或无法使用本应用而引起的任何直接、间接、偶然、特殊、附带或后果性损害承担任何责任， 包括但不限于：
您明确理解并同意，出钓时的安全责任由您自行承担。请始终将人身安全放在首位，遵守水域安全规范。
本应用不集成任何第三方服务、SDK或外部链接。您在使用过程中不会接触到任何第三方广告或推广内容。 本应用不包含任何应用内购买或订阅服务。
我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。修改后的协议将在本页面发布，恕不另行逐一通知。 建议您定期查阅本协议以了解最新条款。在协议修改后继续使用本应用，即表示您接受修改后的协议。
您可以通过卸载本应用来终止本协议。我们保留随时因任何原因终止本协议或暂停本应用服务的权利， 包括但不限于您违反本协议的任何条款。终止后，您应停止使用本应用并从设备上卸载。

Welcome to FishPulse (the "App"). The App is developed and provided by Arthur ("we," "us," or the "Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("you" or the "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms").
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, please immediately stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.
FishPulse is a watchOS application for barometric pressure analysis and fishing assistance. The App uses the Apple Watch's built-in barometric altimeter sensor (CMAltimeter) to collect ambient pressure data and combines it with trend analysis algorithms to provide the following features:
All analysis results and recommendations provided by the App are for reference only and should not be considered as professional fishing guidance or weather forecasting.
In using the App, you agree to:
The App and all of its content (including but not limited to program code, user interface design, icons, text, algorithms, and data models) are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
No person may use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App in any manner without the prior written consent of the Developer.
The App only reads ambient barometric pressure data through the Apple Watch's built-in sensor. All sensor data is processed and analyzed locally on your device and is never uploaded to any remote server or accessed by the Developer or any third party.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The fishing scores, trend analysis, and recommendations provided by the App are based on barometric sensor data and mathematical algorithms. Actual fishing conditions and results are influenced by numerous factors including but not limited to water temperature, weather conditions, seasonal changes, fish species behavior, water environment, fishing gear selection, and angler skill level. The App makes no guarantees or promises, express or implied, regarding any fishing outcomes.
The App does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of barometric pressure data. Sensor readings may be affected by environmental factors such as device usage conditions, altitude, and weather systems.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
You expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your safety during fishing activities. Always prioritize personal safety and adhere to water safety guidelines.
The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or external links. You will not encounter any third-party advertisements or promotional content while using the App. The App does not contain any in-app purchases or subscription services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be posted on this page without individual notice. We recommend that you periodically review these Terms for the latest version. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may terminate these Terms by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to terminate these Terms or suspend the App's services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you shall cease using the App and uninstall it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in the Developer's jurisdiction.

本アプリが提供するすべての分析結果と推奨事項は参考情報であり、専門的な釣り指導や気象予報とはみなされません。
本アプリの使用にあたり、お客様は以下に同意するものとします。
本アプリおよびそのすべてのコンテンツ（プログラムコード、ユーザーインターフェースデザイン、アイコン、テキスト、アルゴリズム、 データモデルを含むがこれらに限定されない）は、開発者の知的財産であり、中華人民共和国著作権法およびその他の関連法令により保護されています。
開発者の書面による事前の許可なく、いかなる者も本アプリのいかなる部分も、いかなる方法においても使用、複製、配布することはできません。

本アプリは気圧データの絶対的な正確性を保証するものではありません。気圧センサーの測定値は、デバイスの使用環境、 標高、気象システムなどの外部要因の影響を受ける可能性があります。
適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、開発者は、本アプリの使用または使用不能に起因または関連して生じる、 直接的、間接的、偶発的、特別、懲罰的または結果的な損害について、以下を含むがこれらに限定されず、一切の責任を負いません。
お客様は、釣りの活動中の安全について、ご自身が単独で責任を負うことを明示的に理解し、同意するものとします。 常に人身の安全を最優先し、水辺の安全ガイドラインを遵守してください。
本アプリは、いかなる第三者サービス、SDK、または外部リンクも統合していません。本アプリの使用中に第三者の広告や プロモーションコンテンツに接触することはありません。本アプリにはアプリ内課金やサブスクリプションサービスは一切含まれていません。
当方は、本規約を随時変更する権利を留保します。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載され、個別の通知は行われません。 最新の条項をご確認いただくため、定期的に本規約をご確認いただくことをお勧めします。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用することにより、 変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
お客様は、本アプリをアンインストールすることにより、本規約を終了することができます。当方は、本規約のいずれかの条項への違反を含むが これに限定されない、いかなる理由によっても、本規約を終了し、または本アプリのサービスを一時停止する権利を留保します。 終了後、お客様は本アプリの使用を中止し、デバイスからアンインストールするものとします。
本規約の成立、執行、解釈および紛争の解決は、中華人民共和国の法律に準拠するものとします。 本規約の内容またはその執行に関して紛争が生じた場合は、まず友好的な協議を通じて解決を図るものとします。 協議が調わない場合は、いずれの当事者も開発者の所在地を管轄する人民法院に提訴することができます。

FishPulse es una aplicación de análisis de presión barométrica y asistencia de pesca para la plataforma watchOS.
